We ship inventory Monday-Saturday 10 am-4 pm, orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the following business day. In the event of a holiday, we will ship the following business day. Our team works hard at fulfilling orders as they arrive, our processing time is typically the same day. During the holiday season or in the event of a variable outside of our control maximum processing time is 24 hours.
We welcome local shoppers to shop online and pick up in-store.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be returned within 14 days of purchase (no exceptions). Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags attached. All clothing must be returned unwashed, unworn and in original condition. Items returned with makeup, deodorant or other stains will not be given store credit.
Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned, and shipping costs will be assumed by Homemade Happiness. Return shipping for store credit or exchange will be covered by the customer. Homemade Happiness will not be responsible for packages marked as ‘delivered’ by the mail carrier, in the event of missing or stolen packages.
